People who care about you say that you need help – and you are worried they might be right. You want to be free from intrusive, negative thoughts or leaning on substances. You want your life to be more balanced. I am looking forward to hearing your story and learning what happened to you. I can help you move in the direction of your goals.

I have the three best tools for helping people recover: empathy, education and personal experience. I know what it’s like to struggle with mental health and substance abuse and have guided many people to restoring their lives. I see myself as an adventure guide, because healing has some ups and downs, like any adventure.
Come have a seat at my desk – or cozy up on my couch – and tell me what happened to you. There might be some tears – or some laughs – but there will be a start to healing. You deserve a chance at a better life…a life not dominated by substances or mental health issues. Addiction, anxiety and depression stink, but recovery from them is pretty cool.

I am an in network provider with Premera, Lifewise and some of the Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. I also offer a sliding scale rate of $60 per session.
