Electricity is NOT included in the price of your WORKloft and will be billed through our company to the tenant. Electricity charges will be in the amount of $15 per month per WORKloft.
WORKlofts are prewired for phone, Internet and cable services. It is tenant's sole responsibility to coordinate the setup and installation of the services they choose to subscribe to.
Tenants will have the option of adding a personal touch to their individual space (window treatments, carpet, privacy window, logo, or custom name on door, etc). All options have to be approved by the landlord and improvements will be done at tenant's expense.
